All accepted papers will be presented as lectures or posters and published online in a conference proceedings with DOI reference.

Child Care
We offer child care throughout the conference including the dinner on Thursday and the social event on Friday. Please indicate, if you need child care during the registration process until the 15th of August 2024.
Startup Session
The startup session offers a special opportunity at this year's conference to present your company and strengthen the cooperation between academia and young, up-and-coming companies createing space for a stimulating exchange. Successful as well as failed startups are invited to share their experiences. For your application please send an e-mail to office@oegbmt.at until the 25th of Septmeber 2024.
Prizes
The ÖGBMT is announcing the Stefan Schuy Prize 2024. The purpose of the prize is to promote excellent scientific work in the field of biomedical engineering. The best publication in the field will be awarded with 2,500 €. The deadline for the Stefan Schuy Prize is June 2nd 2024!
The Faculty of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering announces the CSBME Award 2024 - Best PHD Thesis in BME for the best dissertation in the field of biomedical engineering. This prize is endowed with € 750.
In addition, the ÖGBMT awards prizes for the best Master's and Bachelor's theses to young researchers.

This year the social event takes us to the Heurigenschenke Sattler on the outskirts of Graz. A bus will take us there directly from the conference starting at 3:30 p.m.
